Originally a groovy hit from the late 90s that "inspired" Prodigy's No Good (Start The Dance) was re-invented to make it an even better version as far as I'm concerned. JACK TO THE SOUND '94 pass: coldseed
This unofficial series of releases were available in the middle of the 90s. They didn't really reflected what aired MTV as music videos, but included some rarities which I aim to present here... Enjoy. Long Live the 90s!
One of the best cover version I heard from the early 90s is from Undercover. They turned a classic rock song by Rafferty to a melodic pop dance tune. After some fifteeen years, it's still unforgettable.
One of my first experience with the song was when I saw it aired on MTV showing all those missing children from the USA. And the song was so melodic and from-the-heart that I knew it was going to be an evergreen favourite of mine. Some info about the band: Their first hit from their album "GRAVE DANCERS UNION" had several great songs, so do check them out if you think "Runaway Train" was just a one-hit wonder.
